Удивительно, но мой прежний iTunes, был русифицирован и после установки шестого русский язык остался!
Как так могло получиться? Неужели новый изначально имеет русский интерфейс?? :)

Old version of iTunes launches Note that in some cases, the iTunes 6.0 updater will fail to replace the iTunes 5.0 icon in the Dock (especially if you have moved iTunes out of the Applications folder, which is not recommended), so you may be launching the older version inadvertently.
In order to remedy this problem, simply drag your current iTunes icon out of the dock, open your Applications folder and drag the new release into the Dock.
